What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Paypal, Apple Pay and Google Pay on our website. Our sales staff can also process alternative payment methods manually, including cheques, online banking and payments over the phone. To pay using one of these methods, please contact us to place your order.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. After it's shipped, you will receive an email notification informing you about the tracking information. The average delivery times are 2-5 business days within Canada.
Can you ship my order outside of Canada?
Yes, we offer shipping to Canada and United States (Exceptions may apply).
How can I cancel or change my order?
Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or changed because we began processing it immediately. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us by phone at (416)840-6383 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance as soon as possible.
I have received notification that my order is out of stock. What happens next?
Your account will not be charged and the order has been cancelled. We apologize for any inconvenience this causes. If you are interested in placing another order, please contact us for information on product availability.
What is the warranty period?
The warranty period on new items is for 1 year from the date of purchase. Our limited warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. We will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance. A replacement physical good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original physical good or 1 year from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.
We offer a 90 day warranty on "like new/refurbished" items with proof of purchase. Refurbished or used products purchased from unauthorized online or retail store are not supported by a manufacturer's limited warranty. Customers are responsible to confirm with the place of purchase (online or retail store) to ensure the seller or dealer is an authorized seller of our products.
What is your return policy?
Unopened items, with a receipt, in original packaging and returned within 30 days of purchase will receive a refund to the original method of payment or will receive an exchange. Items that are opened, damaged and/or not in resalable condition may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

I have returned an item. When will I receive the credit?
You will receive a notification when your return is processed and any refunds will be issued to your original method of payment. The refund can take 5-7 business days to appear on your statement of account after we have received the item(s) you have returned.
